Site Investigation:
Conduct site inspection, interviews, field screening, testing of surface areas and confined spaces for locales that would be or could be conducive to the growth of mold.

In instances where testing is appropriate, samples are collected and sent to an independent laboratory for analysis.

Site Investigation Report:
Issue a site investigation report that outlines the results of the initial site inspection, field screening and laboratory test (if performed).

• A recommendation for no further action or a remediation plan will be provided.
• Surface areas that can be cleaned and restored are itemized along with those specific items that would be recommended for removal and proper disposal.

Remediation:
Corrective action to either clean and/or remove the impacted areas (done by others).

Post Remediation:
If appropriate, post abatement field screening or testing is performed to verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.

Final Report:
The final report documents remediation action and results.
