In a location where removal of affected area is not practical, the use of a surface coating material may be utilized. Enviroshield will only use an EPA-Registered antimicrobial coating. In a location that is not conducive to the removal or coating of a mold infected area, cleaning can be done using a variety of disinfectant's, from common household cleaning solutions to EPA registered disinfectant's, depending on the type and severity of the mold.

Specialized instrumentation is used to evaluate building environments and conditions along with non-invasive imaging of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for a thorough evaluation of the facility. If remedial measures are recommended, containment and encapsulation of affected areas should be set up prior to any material removal.
